About the Role
As a Tax Manager in our Incentives and Rewards team, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing share and cash incentive arrangements for our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tax-efficient strategies to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax guidance and support to clients on share and cash incentive arrangements.
- Develop and implement tax-efficient incentive strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA, Solicitor, or Barrister) are preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, particularly in the area of share and cash incentives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
