We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to take a pivotal role in our Blueprint initiative within AXA Commercial. This position involves overseeing the alignment of our product strategy with business objectives, ensuring that we realize the anticipated benefits as outlined in our strategic framework. You will engage with release leads and senior stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive engagement.

The Blueprint initiative is designed to implement transformative changes to our Commercial Operating Model, aimed at achieving the planned Gross Written Premium (GWP), Loss Ratio, and Expense Ratio targets as committed in our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and validate business requirements, serving as the primary advocate for the business within the program.
  • Support program initiatives, influencing strategic direction and reflecting this in feature prioritization and production.
  • Play a crucial role in managing the backlog and ensuring that project delivery aligns with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the scrum master to manage and prioritize workflow effectively.
  • Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, working closely with the program team.
  • Act as a point of escalation for product owners.
  • Represent business perspectives during demonstrations and actively engage in feedback sessions.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial insurance.
  • Prior experience in an agile transformation environment.
  • Strong understanding of the financial dynamics within the general insurance sector.
  • Experience across the complete project lifecycle.
  • Desirable background in data analysis, including presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence in making swift decisions on behalf of the business and articulating the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams to enhance organizational performance.
  • Ability to mentor and guide a varied group of product owners from different business areas.

As a prerequisite for this role, candidates must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
