We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Innorec Ltd healthcare team as a Nursing Home Care Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing support in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed guidelines, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute individualized care plans, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and treatment protocols, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Nursing license and registration, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and respectful team environment.
- Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and anatomy knowledge, with a focus on delivering evidence-based practice.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support for our team members.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
- Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, Loyalty bonus
