Aerospace Documentation Specialist

Role OverviewThis 6-month contract position involves translating complex technical information into clear and user-friendly documents. As a Technical Author, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality documentation that meets industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce documentation that is easy to understand and suitable for its intended audience.
- Write user interface text, online help, and developer guides that are concise and effective.
- Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on opportunities for reuse and single sourcing.
- Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
- Experience in training people using the documents you have created.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- A university degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent, is preferred.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, with a keen eye for detail, and dedicated to enhancing the overall user experience for developers.
