We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Home Director to lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality residential and dementia care to up to 40 residents. As the Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture of our home, ensuring that residents receive compassionate and personalized care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, resident care, activities, and financial management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a residential care home, with a demonstrable track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework governing care homes.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Recognised qualification in health & social care.
