Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at The City Recruiter. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing proactive and effective HR guidance to all staff and stakeholders, ensuring that our HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, providing advice and support throughout the process.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process for new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coach line managers to improve people management skills, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead colleague recognition, reward, and engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
