Financial Services Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at Pure Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client base for lending, protection, and general insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Maximize mortgage sales through proactive business development and securing new clients.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with the estate agency team to maximize lead generation.
- Case Progression: Collaborate with your dedicated administrator to ensure smooth case progression from application to completion.
- Lead Generation: Source leads from the branch network.
- CeMAP Qualification: Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Target Achievement: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Professional Attitude: Professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages and protection.
- Entrepreneurial Approach: Entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary: Up to £35k basic.
- OTE: Year 1 OTE: £50,000 to £75,000, Year 2 onwards OTE: £100,000.
