Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the end-to-end payroll process. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks, including new starter and leaver information, payroll queries, and compliance with legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll reports for management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks, including new starter and leaver information
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff and management
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure all payroll changes are reflected accurately
  • Support with other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar payroll role is preferred but not essential
  • Background in accounts or strong interest in getting into the payroll industry
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
