We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our used vehicle sales team at our Motorpark operation in Swansea.

This is a busy, high-performing site, and we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to work an average of 41 hours per week, including weekends, and will receive a competitive salary, commission package, and use of a company car upon successful completion of their probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as a liaison between our valued customers and the business
  • Confirming sales terms and agreements, and finalizing transactions with customers
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Addressing customer enquiries and addressing their concerns to facilitate the purchasing decision
About You

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales processes, preferably in a retail environment, and be capable of engaging with customers confidently and professionally.

  • Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals and regularly achieve or surpass sales targets
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • A valid full driving license is required
