Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Defence Air & Space in delivering complex technology and transformation programmes for the UK Government and its partnering Space Agencies.
- Contribute to shaping the future of Anson McCade's UK Defence Space Capability by leveraging expertise in the UK Space Domain and driving business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement operating models, service design, and digital transformation strategies for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centric solutions that drive maximum value and best experiences.
- Manage projects with strict timelines and ensure adherence to project plans.
- British Passport Holder with active MoD DV Clearance
- Established network within UK Space Command, DE&S, and UK Strategic Command
- Experience in a senior client-facing role at a Blue Chip Consulting firm
- Expertise in the UK Space Domain with knowledge of Government/MoD Space projects
- Proficiency in designing and delivering operating models, service design, and digital transformation for the UK Public Sector using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Understanding of Defence & Security sector challenges and innovative government strategies
- Awareness of current business environment drivers: digital, automation, robotics, advanced analytics
- Strong project management skills, including detailed project planning and adherence to strict timelines
- Expertise in Operating Model Design to create optimal business architecture for digital strategy implementation
- Proficiency in Service Design, focusing on user-centric solutions to deliver maximum value and best experiences.
- Base Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 (DoE)
- Bonus: 10%
- DV Bonus: £10,000
- Flex Fund: £6,700
