About the Role

  • Handle all import operations for ocean freight
  • Complete import documentation, including customs entries
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Provide regular updates on costs, opportunities, and contract performance

Requirements

  • Experience in ocean import working for a freight forwarder
  • Sound understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels
  • Understanding of FCL and LCL
  • Customs clearance experience via CDS

Responsibilities
