We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Concierge to join our team at a prestigious residential development in South East London. As the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents, answer enquiries, and provide assistance as required.
  • Ensure effective security of residents and the building, including manning CCTV and car parking facilities.
  • Carry out regular patrols, report faults and security breaches, and take appropriate action in emergencies.
  • Issue keys, manage deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-end developments or hospitality.
  • Significant customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
