Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our client in their luxury apartments. This is a temporary full-time opportunity with an ASAP start.

The successful candidate will assist the team in general maintenance and handyman work, including:

  • Undertaking general maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the building.
  • Carrying out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps.
  • Assisting with redecorating rooms and general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
  • Unblocking sinks and descaling shower heads.
  • Moving furniture and performing masticking as needed.
  • Painting and decorating where required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a residential or domestic setting.
  • Experience in a trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
  • Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
  • A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
