  • Deadline Management: Manage internal and external deadlines proactively, utilizing available software tools.
  • Customer Strategy Alignment: Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to align customer strategies and communicate key dates.
  • Product Quality: Ensure that product samples meet company standards before dispatch.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate customer requests to the Key Account Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in a Junior Account Management or similar role working with retail products.
  • Background: Background in private label or made-to-order product ranges is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional B2B customer experiences.
  • Problem Solving: Natural problem solver and quick learner.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while handling conflicting priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
