Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely and personalized communication tailored to their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of product offerings to quickly and accurately respond to customer enquiries.
- Order Management: Oversee the entire order process from initiation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring all responsibilities, requirements, and deadlines are communicated clearly within internal teams.
- Documentation: Work with Sales Coordinators to complete all necessary customer-specific documentation promptly and accurately.
- Quotations and Order Documentation: Prepare precise quotations and ensure the accuracy of order documentation.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize and organize daily tasks to meet customer needs and address urgent queries efficiently.
- Deadline Management: Manage internal and external deadlines proactively, utilizing available software tools.
- Customer Strategy Alignment: Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to align customer strategies and communicate key dates.
- Product Quality: Ensure that product samples meet company standards before dispatch.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate customer requests to the Key Account Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in a Junior Account Management or similar role working with retail products.
- Background: Background in private label or made-to-order product ranges is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional B2B customer experiences.
- Problem Solving: Natural problem solver and quick learner.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while handling conflicting priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
- Team Player: Proactive, logical thinker, and strong team player.
