About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our audit and financial reporting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute audit and financial reporting assignments for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Review and supervise the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Address complex accounting and audit queries, acting as the main point of contact for your clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering high levels of client service and communication.
About You:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit and financial reporting experience.
  • Proven experience in managing audits from planning to completion, ideally within a practice environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive and 'can-do' attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
