Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls.
  3. Oversee the testing, start-up, and commissioning of HVAC systems to verify proper installation, functionality, and performance.
  4. Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  5. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to installation crews, subcontractors, and other team members.
  6. Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation progress, issues, and concerns.
  8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, test reports, and commissioning documentation.
  9. Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  2. Previous experience working with oil and gas, commercial, industrial, or institutional HVAC projects.
  3. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing HVAC installation and safety practices.
  4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
