We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at EQHazellCarr as a Case Handler in our Motor Finance Division. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for processing customer data access requests in a timely and accurate manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify customer identity and process data access requests in accordance with company procedures and data protection regulations.
- Research and collect relevant customer data from various systems, redact unnecessary information, and format the data for easy readability.
- Write a final letter to the customer explaining the provided information and the reasons for redacting certain data.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures relating to data protection and follow Financial Services Authority guidelines at all times.
**Requirements**
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy and Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent English both written and verbal.
- Professional, well-presented, and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and dedicated to meeting the needs of the business.
