We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at Chef & Brewer. As a Night Porter, you will be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins, ensuring a warm welcome to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience each time they visit.
  • Ensure guest and business safety and security are top priorities at all times.
  • Evacuate all guests and team members from the business safely and quickly in the event of a fire.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and expand your skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
