Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to architect, develop, and implement testing frameworks that validate software functionality, performance, and user satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to identify and rectify software defects while continuously enhancing testing methodologies to uphold software quality and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute detailed test plans and strategies to ensure software functionality meets established quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and run automated test scripts using various testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects and quality concerns.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to review requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the formulation of acceptance criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the software under test.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects, collaborating closely with developers to provide thorough insights and assist in defect resolution.
  • Participate in peer reviews, fostering a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and technological advancements, actively contributing to the organization's technical communities to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
