Electronic Field Monitoring Officer

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's electronic tagging service team as an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the community while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
- Visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring seamless operations and clear communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the electronic monitoring service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points.
- Extensive travel within the UK, with a company-provided vehicle and fuel.
- No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- BPSS clearance and basic DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong standard of verbal English.
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A competitive pay rate of £12.92 per hour, dependent on shift.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate for Saturdays and double time for Sundays and bank holidays.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
