We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining BRC and HACCP standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and monitoring quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
- Leading the front-line delivery on food safety and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implementing and maintaining BRC and HACCP standards, guaranteeing compliance and adherence to quality protocols.
- Managing and mentoring the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conducting audits covering GMPs, traceability, and workplace safety, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Acting as the primary liaison for customer visits and audits, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, production, hygiene, and NPD to achieve quality objectives and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven knowledge and experience in BRC and HACCP standards implementation, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Intermediate or Advanced HACCP and a Food or Science-related degree level, with a strong background in quality management and assurance.
