Assistant Site Manager Opportunity at Lovell

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Lovell in Scarborough. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with the Site Manager to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that construction is completed safely, to specification, and within agreed timescales and cost parameters.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets Lovell's quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project-specific KPIs, ensuring that we are meeting our targets and delivering value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation, including NHBC requirements.
