Key Responsibilities of the Forklift Driver:

  • Utilizing a Counterbalance forklift to efficiently load and unload palletized items from various vehicles.
  • Employing the warehouse management system and scanner to accurately receive, locate, and manage goods within the storage area.
  • Conducting stock replenishment and consolidation as necessary.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment and equipment.
  • Completing necessary documentation in accordance with warehouse procedures, including reporting any equipment malfunctions.

Essential Qualifications for Forklift Driver:

  • Possession of a current Counterbalance forklift license; however, comprehensive in-house training is available.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
