Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. As a dual role, you will be responsible for performing both driving and warehouse duties when required.

Responsibilities:

**Driver Responsibilities:**

* Pack and load products onto vans according to company specifications
* Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
* Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
* Unload goods as per client specifications
* Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
* Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer

**Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:**

* Picking customer orders, loading vans and making regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
* Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries
* Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock
* Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is located correctly at all times
* Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment

**Special Requirements:**

* Driving a non-HGV delivery vehicle
* Lifting/carrying/handling goods - maximum weight 25 kg
* Flexible start times between 0600 and 0830
* Over 23 due to insurance on vehicle
* Held licence for 2 years minimum and UK licence
* No more than 3 points
* Preferable delivery experience
* Approximately 20 drops a day (10 then return and 10)
* Good level of English
* Dealing with Scanners and checking stock is correct
