Intermediate Building Services (Mechanical) Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Building Services (Mechanical) Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering design solutions from feasibility to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations, legislation, and CIBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver mechanical or building services designs for commercial heating systems, ventilation systems, plumbing services, and building control systems.
  • Project manage site works to ensure compliance with specification requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, IES, and Revit.
