Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Industrializing new equipment and modifying existing ones to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Developing and standardizing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and own relevant documents.
- Managing projects, stakeholder expectations, and technical reporting.
- Providing customer-facing support, guiding, and challenging expectations.
- Supporting plant, operational, and quality teams with practical and theoretical guidance.
- Generating and maintaining documentation, including control plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, and manufacturing Bill of Materials.
- Staying up-to-date with industry progression through market research.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering or a similar role.
- An HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Excellent reporting skills, both verbally and using MS Office suite.
