Job Title: Registered Nurse Day and Night Shift Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Green Acres Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents' needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £20.00.
