Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a nurturing and inclusive SEN school in North London.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a sense of belonging among students with diverse needs, including Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They will implement individualized education and behaviour plans, contributing significantly to the success and progress of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a sense of belonging among students with diverse needs

  • Build positive and trusting relationships with students
  • Demonstrate proficiency in behavioural intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals for holistic student support
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with SEND students and hold a QTS or equivalent qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

What We Offer
