Medical Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our Women and Newborn management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rota coordination of obstetric and gynaecology junior doctors.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of Medical eRosters for payroll purposes.
- Coordinate the allocation of Consultants/Doctors annual leave and update calendars and rotas accordingly.
- Support Care Group medical recruitment and provide assistance for medical staffing projects.

Requirements- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of hospital computerized IT systems, including Healthroster, ESR, TRAC, and eRota.
- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
