CNC Operator
Compensation:
£27,000 to £30,720, inclusive of healthcare benefits and ample overtime opportunities.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an additional CNC Operator to join our exceptionally busy manufacturing firm, driven by a consistent increase in demand. This position offers remarkable prospects for technical training, extending up to programming capabilities.


Key Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:

The CNC Operator will be tasked with machining a diverse range of metallic components to precise specifications, utilizing various CNC lathes and milling machines.


  • Conduct batch testing using precision instruments such as micrometers and verniers.
  • Complete straightforward batch documentation and communicate any discrepancies to the Inspection team.
  • Work within a clean, organized workshop equipped with cutting-edge machinery.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, with ample training and support for new or less experienced team members.

Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in operating or setting CNC lathes or mills for the production of precision metallic components.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting machining processes.
  • Ability to report irregularities to the Inspection team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards (ISO 9001/2015) and adhering to safety protocols.
