About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Probate Solicitor to join our team in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services to our HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of complex probate cases, including estate administration and tax planning
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and estate administration to clients
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and estate administration regulations
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in probate and estate administration
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax law and estate administration regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
