About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Innovation Strategist to join our Insights and Analytics Consulting Practice at Curve Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Technology team to deliver strategic insights to clients and drive analytics programs.

As a Brand and Innovation Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of client projects, interfacing with multiple business functions to support the delivery of workstreams and deliver analysis. You will be a confident communicator with a passion for the power of digital data, bringing an innovative and creative mindset to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver analytics solutions and insights reports as part of a cross-functional team
  • Analyze consumer data from various sources to uncover brand and product insights, supporting client strategic priorities and driving commercial growth
  • Apply critical and analytical thinking and frameworks to problems, identifying opportunities and solutions
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for analytical solutions and scope insights projects
  • Follow a structured approach to analyzing data to uncover stories, themes, and insights
  • Deliver insights and recommendations using relevant visualization and compelling storytelling
  • Learn to plan, scope, and manage the delivery of new work, with support from more senior colleagues
Requirements
  • Understanding and experience of traditional research, digital research, insights projects, and/or analytics projects
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding work
  • Innate curiosity, keen to explore new topics and develop knowledge
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to pull out key insights
  • Ability to apply creative thinking and strategic thinking
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of project delivery
  • Experience utilizing digital data tools (e.g., social listening tools, search keyword tools, web traffic tools, etc.) is a bonus
