We are seeking a dedicated KS3 Teacher to join our team at a secondary special school that caters to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Year 7 class, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with support staff and other educators to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
  • Promote positive behavior and emotional well-being within the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
