Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business demands, including CIPs, projects, and major incidents
  • Escalate incidents and requests from business stakeholders
  • Collaborate on transformational programs and projects to provide functional and technical expertise
  • Manage service delivery from 3rd Party vendors, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality services
  • Identify and develop automation opportunities across business processes
  • Propose and develop improvements for product and services in Central Finance and PaPM applications

  • Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots
