The Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assembling electronic key cabinets and locker systems
  2. Building wiring harnesses
  3. Testing PCB's with pre-built test rigs
  4. Deploying software onto machines and commissioning
  5. Managing stock control using our MRP system
  6. Document control
  7. Quality control
  8. Defect analysis

You will also have the opportunity to:

  1. Support installation teams on client sites, including car dealerships and national fleet operators
  2. Manage test house projects and processes for EMC, Electrical, and destruction testing to ensure compliance with UKCA, FCC, and CE regulations

Requirements: A UK driving license is required as you will need to move parts between sites from time to time in a company van.
