Dyers Mews is a bespoke residential service designed to support up to six adults with autism or learning disabilities and associated needs. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key role in developing the skills and confidence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work a mix of shifts between 7.00am and 9.30pm, including on-call duties on a rota basis
  • Support residents in developing daily living skills, such as personal care and domestic skills
  • Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans and ensure their implementation
  • Monitor and report on resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
