We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the management of our company's financial operations.

This is a new role reporting directly to the Directors and will form part of the Senior Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and quarterly accounts.

• Developing and managing the company's annual budget and cash flow projections.

• Overseeing the management of our staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including VAT returns and audit requirements.

**Requirements:**

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification, or equivalent experience.
