About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order management, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Communicate technical information to clients clearly and concisely.
  • Ensure timely and accurate quotations, working closely with the estimating function and verifying purchase order pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide insightful market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with product development and technical support teams to understand product offerings and their applications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales and client relationship management, ideally within technical industries.
  • Qualifications in business and/or marketing (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
