Job Title: Electrical Inspector

Are you an experienced electrician looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Inspector to join our team at Morson Recruitment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to work as part of an inspection team, conducting the inspection and reporting of assets within privately owned and third-party multi-occupied building intakes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on the condition of electrical assets, including cut-outs, risers, and lateral cabling. They will also be required to work with a tablet to record data and upload it to the head office on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of electrical assets within privately owned and third-party multi-occupied building intakes
  • Report on the condition of electrical assets, including cut-outs, risers, and lateral cabling
  • Work with a tablet to record data and upload it to the head office on a daily basis
  • Organise assigned work and access third-party multi-occupied buildings
  • Accurate and timely reporting of inspection data
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2
  • JIB Gold card / ECS
  • NVQ3 or AM2
  • City & Guilds 2366 - Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 2391 - Test and Inspection or 2394/2395
  • Hold full driving licence
  • DBS check will be required
  • Medical & Drugs and Alcohol screening will be required
  • Health, Safety, and Environment Awareness
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read drawings and understand content
  • Excellent organisation & planning skills
What We Offer:
  • Rate: £209 LTD per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00 pm
  • Contract Details: 6-12 months
