Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Syndicated Immunology business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of this business unit, which encompasses a portfolio of solutions across Immunology and ophthalmology therapy indications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Lead a team of researchers to deliver high-quality research projects to clients, including pharmaceutical and small biotechs
  • Collaborate with global teams to adapt offerings for different local nuances
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Promote Ipsos values and policies across the team
  • Manage client relationships and lead client discussions, including new studies, new business, and new clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including those beyond the main client contact
  • Provide high-level strategic consultation to clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including pipeline analysis, therapy knowledge, and client engagement
  • Lead in preparing proposals, pitches, and costings
  • Expand existing suite of offerings and develop new ones
  • Work collaboratively across syndicated and custom teams within Ipsos to build knowledge of available offerings
  • Design and develop new studies, including launch plans and marketing strategies
  • Deliver on financial performance, including revenue and profit growth, and maintain and grow existing subscription business
  • Launch and establish new studies into profit and stabilize and manage the team

Requirements

  • Sufficient relevant healthcare experience
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Ability to think innovatively to create new offerings
  • Ability to translate clients' business needs into effective solutions
  • Strong knowledge of market research approaches, including quant, qual, syndicated, and passive
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt offerings for different local nuances
  • Strong knowledge of specific therapy areas, including Immunology
  • Overall expert understanding of healthcare market from clinical development through commercialization and lifecycle management
