Job Description

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Control Manager to join a global facilities management and outsourcing business based in Salford Quays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely production of payroll for the business, including processing and reporting of payroll data.
  • Statutory Compliance: Execute HMRC statutory reporting, including Real Time Information, Full Payment Submissions, Employer Payment Summary, and End of Year Updates/FPSA.
  • Auto Enrolment and Pension Administration: Perform Auto Enrolment processes in accordance with Pension Regulator Legislation and work with the Head of Pensions to ensure compliance.
  • Payroll Accounting: Reconcile payroll postings to SAP FI/CO on a weekly/monthly basis, reconcile HMRC and Irish Revenue employer liabilities, and settle HMRC payments.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the payroll control team, providing clear direction, strategic planning, and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in a similar role, managing high-volume payroll.
  • Real Time Information: An understanding of Real Time Information.
  • Shared Service Centre Experience: Shared service centre experience is beneficial.
  • SAP or ERP Systems: Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Team Management: A proven ability to manage and lead a team of 6+ staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
