About Few & Far

We are a unique and playful farm-to-table restaurant in Dedham, Massachusetts, sister to Forage in Cambridge. We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious chef de cuisine to join our collaborative and supportive team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef de cuisine to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a lead line cook or sous chef and be able to read and follow recipes while maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
  2. Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  3. Assist with ordering and inventory management
  4. Prepare food from scratch and put by produce for the winter
  5. Run service when the chef is away
