Job Description

Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading technology service provider to recruit a skilled 2nd line infrastructure support engineer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd line customer-facing and remote support structure
  • Offer internal IT support when required
  • Manage helpdesk and incident management
  • Configure and troubleshoot PC and server systems
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls
  • Perform daily system checks, including backup monitoring and reporting
  • Deliver technical support to clients to meet service level agreements
  • Maintain and update internal client documentation and logging time and activities
  • Evaluate and escalate issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
  • Assist in delivering complex projects
  • Manage, plan, and deliver non-complex projects
  • Develop knowledge of customer business strategy and goals
Technical Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server
  • Active directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting and administration

This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from the office and some on-site visits to customers and clients. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will have opportunities for growth and development.
