Position Overview:
Outsource UK Limited is seeking a skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team for a rewarding and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough engineering feasibility studies, preliminary designs, and reports adhering to professional standards.
  • Plan and execute condition assessments, producing detailed technical reports.
  • Develop conceptual designs and options studies for further exploration.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors assigned to design initiatives.
  • Perform peer evaluations and inspect construction site activities.
  • Engage in team planning, risk assessment, quality assurance, and SHE initiatives to support the Project Team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within your field.
  • Participate in design evaluations as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status or actively pursuing Professional Registration (ICE or IStructE).
  • Experience in the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Knowledge of CAD software, particularly REVIT, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
