Sales Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Office Manager to join our team at Technical Prospects Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage sales office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales forecasts, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in sales administration or a related field is an asset.
This is a full-time, permanent position, based in our clients Boroughbridge office. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
