Key Responsibilities:
The Role:
  • Delivering compassionate care and assistance to clients with physical and learning disabilities, including those who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
  • Engaging in all aspects of personal care, performing moving and handling tasks, and supporting clients in social and recreational activities both at home and within the community.
  • Collaborating closely with a skilled manager to ensure that the service meets the diverse needs of all individuals in accordance with regulatory standards.
