Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating individual and group learning sessions in KS2
  • Help to organize the classroom environment and maintain accurate student records
  • Support the implementation of educational activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT
  • Assist fellow staff members with behavior management and ensuring student safety
  • Participate in training sessions and performance reviews
  • Fulfill MDSA duties and provide first aid assistance as needed

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to perform the responsibilities of the role effectively

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Dynamic, caring, and enthusiastic with a flexible attitude
  • Competent in English and Mathematics up to GCSE level
