We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Warehouse Operations, ensuring the smooth handling and movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the work list as instructed by the area supervisor.
  • Accurately manage stock according to specific tasks, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and process deliveries of stock in line with departmental procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding stock issues.
  • Utilize manual handling techniques and forklift operations to move stock as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Undertake additional duties as necessary to support the team.

Essential Skills:
  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift license is required, though prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence and a solid approach to customer service.
