Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and payments
  • Assist in customer billings and master data management
  • Process self-billed payments and staff expenses
  • Complete supplier reconciliations and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Allocate direct debits, standing orders, and faster payments
  • Monitor debit balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company authorities policy
