Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic clinical pharmacist to explore and gain experience in Antimicrobial Stewardship while covering maternity leave. About the Role

As a Lead Pharmacist in Antimicrobial Stewardship, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
  • Providing clinical management of patients
  • Leading, developing, delivering, and evaluating the clinical pharmacy service for antimicrobial stewardship
  • Ensuring the effective management and development of staff, including line management, mentoring, and supervision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
  • NHS management experience
  • Experience leading or working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Antimicrobial stewardship experience
